I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I have received from Van. She has helped me face and overcome a range of challenges and trauma, while continuing to support me through both past experiences and new.

Van is approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She creates a safe and comfortable space where I feel heard, understood, and supported. A family friend had mentioned how much Van had been helpful to their relationship, when my marriage unexpectedly ended I struggled to pull myself out of the turmoil I was in. Seeing Van has been the best decision for my mental and emotional health, and is an invaluable investment into my future self and relationship. I often message Van telling her how good she is at her job, because the progress I notice in myself has genuinely made me feel like I am doing the deep real work for the first time in my life. I believe my relationship with myself, my kids and my future romantic relationship will flourish because of the therapy sessions I have been doing with Van. I highly recommend choosing Van to help guide you on your journey. I wish I had of found Van sooner and had her as our marriage counsellor, but feel grateful I have found her while navigating this time in my life.

Both of my daughters have benefited from seeing Van over the years. She is a compassionate listener, providing support and guidance. I’m not sure where we’d have ended up without her. Highly recommend her services. 

I’ve seen a few therapists in my time and I’ve never made progress so quickly than with Van. She’s able to adapt her style to my needs, gets to the bottom of things and asks just the right questions. Can confirm that she’s brilliant for neurodivergent people, she understands the layers and complexities. Could not recommend her more highly!
